Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Bradleypaper.com charges 6.3% sales tax to Kansas residents. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
Q: Will I receive confirmation once my order is processed?
A: Check your e-mail for an order confirmation. The e-mail will include an order number for your records. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from Bradleypaper.com.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock, we will notify you with a separate e-mail or phone call. You will only be billed for items that are shipped.

A: Bradleypaper.com uses UPS for domestic shipments and USPS Global Express for international shipments. UPS is unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Q: What is Bradleypaper.com's return policy?
A: Bradleypaper.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept regular-priced merchandise. Returns of merchandise are accepted in original salebale condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All shipping and handling fees, as well as gift wrap fees, are non-refundable.
All returns must be accompanied by an invoice or packing slip. Failure to include these forms will result in prolonged processing of your return
Returns can be submitted to any of our store locations. We are unable to refund your credit or debit card immediately – your package will be forwarded to the appropriate department and your return will be processed within five business days.
Hold onto your return shipping receipt and Bradley Paper invoice or packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.
Credit or debit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
